The rules for using the Lammi app.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Lammi AI Pty Ltd (ABN 85 458 846 334) ("Lammi", "we", "us" or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the Lammi mobile application and related services (the "App"). Lammi is an AI gaming companion that provides AI generated gaming answers, a community where players can chat and help one another, a Helper Board with experience points and rankings, daily challenges, build recommendations, walkthroughs and search. The App is available to users around the world.

By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy (https://lammi.ai/privacy). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

  1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. Some regions set a higher minimum age for using online services, and you are responsible for ensuring you meet the requirements that apply to you.

To use certain features you need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep it up to date, and to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

  1. YOUR LICENCE TO USE LAMMI

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non exclusive, non transferable and revocable licence to download and use the App for your own personal, non commercial use. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where the law allows it.

  1. AI GENERATED CONTENT

The App uses artificial intelligence to answer gaming questions and generate recommendations, walkthroughs, builds and similar content. AI generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and is provided for general help and entertainment only. You should use your own judgement and not rely on it as professional advice. We do not guarantee any particular result in any game, and you use AI generated content at your own risk.

  1. ACCEPTABLE USE AND COMMUNITY CONDUCT

Lammi is a shared community, so we ask everyone to keep it respectful and safe. When using the App, you agree not to:

  • Break any law, or infringe the rights of others.

  • Post or share content that is harassing, abusive, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable.

  • Post sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits or endangers children.

  • Bully, threaten, impersonate or stalk any person.

  • Share spam, scams, chain messages or unsolicited advertising.

  • Share another person's private or personal information without their consent.

  • Cheat, exploit, sell accounts, manipulate the Helper Board, experience points or rankings, or use bots or automated tools.

  • Upload viruses or malicious code, or try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems.

  • Use the App to develop a competing product, or scrape or harvest data from it.

To keep the community safe, content may be moderated using automated tools and human review. We may remove content, and warn, suspend or remove accounts, at our discretion where these Terms are breached.

  1. YOUR CONTENT

You keep ownership of the content you create and post in the App, such as messages, questions, tips and comments ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt and distribute it for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving the App. This licence ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except where it has already been shared with others or we are required to keep it by law.

You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to post it. We are not responsible for content posted by users, and any views expressed are those of the user, not Lammi.

  1. SUBSCRIPTIONS, PURCHASES AND REFUNDS

The App offers optional paid plans, including monthly and yearly subscriptions. Prices are shown in the App before you buy. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play, and these are the only payment methods we support.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel beforehand. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time through your Apple or Google account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not shorten the period you have already paid for.

All refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms and policies. We do not separately process refunds, so any refund request should be made through the relevant store. This does not limit any rights you may have that cannot be excluded under the law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

  1. OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App, including its name, logo, design, text, graphics, software and all other materials we provide (other than Your Content), is owned by Lammi or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the licence granted to you in these Terms, nothing gives you any right in our intellectual property. You must not use our branding without our prior written permission.

  1. THIRD PARTY SERVICES AND GAMES

The App refers to video games, publishers and other third party products and services that we do not own or control. References to games and brands are for identification and informational purposes only and do not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by their owners. All game titles, trademarks and related content belong to their respective owners. The App relies on third party providers, such as our hosting and infrastructure providers and the app stores, and their availability is outside our control.

  1. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably need to protect the App, our users or others. On termination, your licence to use the App ends. Terms that by their nature should survive, such as those on content licences, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law, will continue to apply.

  1. DISCLAIMERS

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or that any content, including AI generated content, will be accurate or reliable. You use the App at your own risk. Nothing in this section limits any guarantees or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lammi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill or opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty Australian dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

  1. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW AND YOUR RIGHTS

If you are in Australia, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term that the law says cannot be excluded or limited. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to resupplying the services or paying the cost of having them resupplied. If you are in another country, you may have similar mandatory rights under your local law, and these Terms do not override them.

  1. INDEMNITY

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Lammi harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the App, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.

  1. CHANGES TO THE APP AND THESE TERMS

We are always improving Lammi, so we may add, change or remove features, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the App.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia where applicable. You and Lammi agree to submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia. If you are a consumer in another country, you may also be entitled to the protection of mandatory laws and the courts of the country where you live. Before starting any formal dispute, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally.

  1. GENERAL

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Lammi about the App. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent, and we may transfer ours in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. The App stores are not a party to these Terms and are not responsible for the App.
